We’ve introduced Custom Breaks to enhance flexibility and accuracy in attendance and time tracking What’s New: Custom Clock in Types Users and admins can now define and manage break types Break Attributes Each break type supports: Custom name/label Duration tracking HR-assigned Paid or Unpaid status Paid vs. Unpaid Breaks Paid breaks: Counted as part of the employee’s net working hours (Netto) Unpaid breaks: Excluded from Netto calculations but included in gross working hours (Bruto) Permissions: Only authorized HR/Admin roles can: Create/edit custom break types Assign Paid/Unpaid status All users can view their own break logs based on role visibility Where You’ll See It: Time Tracking Screen (daily log with breakdown) Working Hours View (bruto vs. netto visualization) Admin Reports (summary and export) Home Dashboard (Netto progress bars with segmented break types) |
